We deliver all over Pakistan through trusted couriers.
- Delivery time: 3 to 5 working days anywhere in Pakistan.
- Delivery charge: Rs 149 per order. Free delivery on orders of Rs 1,499 and above.
- Payment: cash on delivery. Online payment options are being added.
You will get a WhatsApp confirmation after ordering and a tracking number once your parcel ships.
Returns & Exchanges
- If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo and we will exchange it or refund you.
- For hygiene reasons, makeup, earrings and hair accessories cannot be returned once opened unless faulty.
- Change-of-mind exchanges are accepted within 7 days if the item is unused and in its original packaging. Return courier cost is paid by the customer.
